My first time trying Ethiopian. Food was so yummy! salad was light and flavorful. Tea with honey, lemon and tumeric uplifted my mood and gave me a nice boost. Staff is extremely pleasant. 10 out of 10 :)

Absolutely delicious! We had a couple vegetarian combo platters, plus an order of samosas and that fed 4 people comfortably. Great, authentic Ethiopian spot, with friendly service and awesome food. Highly recommended!

This is the best and most authentic Ethiopian food in town. We enjoyed the beef and lamb tibs which were seasoned with flavorful spices. The entree portions were large and came with a side of salad and lentils. The chef here makes his injera with 100% teff flour and you can tell, it is the perfect taste and texture, and he cooks all of his dishes with the same high standards. Even my friend’s Ethiopian mother recommends it - a serious endorsement.

First time dining here. Small but nice atmosphere. Food was very good. I had the vegetarian platter. The collard greens were seasoned and lightly spicy. The yellow lentils and the red lentils were spicy, for me could have been spicier. The salad with onion, lettuce, tomato and lite dressing was very good. Got seconds with no extra charge. Chef/owner was friendly. Pleasant conversation and checked to see if we were satisfied with the food. Hope to visit again.

If you're looking for a spot that serves authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine, this place is a hidden gem. It's not fancy, but what it lacks in decor, it makes up for in flavor and authenticity. The injera is fresh, and soft, just the way it should be. The dishes are rich in flavor, healthy, and made with traditional spices that truly capture the essence of Eritrean cooking. From lentil stews to perfectly spiced meats, everything is served in generous portions and with love.

This was my first but certainly not last time at this restaurant and trying Ethiopian food. Our table shared the vegetarian platter and meat platter. Everything was absolutely delicious! In my opinion, this is a place where you will order food for the entire table and share food. You use the bread to grab from the piles of food. We are SO much food but never felt heavy or gross afterwards because the bread is gluten free and it’s mostly veggies and yummy spices. The owner was so gracious and generous explained what everything was and then explained the coffee service after our meal. The coffee was AMAZING! Not only the presentation but the flavor is great. I could hang out there all day and just drink coffee with friends. I truly think the owner would love if people did this too as the front area has seating areas arranged to allow something just like this.Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant! Bonus too that it’s super affordable.

I had a very satisfying meal here a few weeks ago. The menu here is a little more diverse than other Ethiopian restaurants in town and the quality and dedication put into each dish is evident. The vegetarian options were absolutely wonderful. We did not eat any meat but the meat options looked very good. The atmosphere was also very nice. I am looking forward to going back.
